- We provide astronomical observation tools, deep-space photography functions, and related technical support through our mobile applications (App), websites, and other channels.
- Some services may include fee-based features, which shall be subject to the detailed descriptions and agreements within the product.
II. User Obligations
- Lawful Use: Users shall not use the services to engage in any illegal activities or infringe on the rights of others;
- Account Security: Users must properly safeguard their account information and are fully responsible for all actions performed within their account;
- Content Standards: It is prohibited to upload any illegal or non-compliant content (such as violence, pornography, or misinformation).
III. Intellectual Property
- XingShi Technology holds all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to software, interfaces, trademarks) for the products and services;
- Content generated by users through our services shall remain the property of the user, but the user grants us a global, non-exclusive right to use such content.
IV. Disclaimers
- The services are provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation;
- We shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters or cyber attacks);
- Users shall bear any risks arising from the use of third-party links or services.
V. Service Modification and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services, and will notify users via App announcements or email;
- Users may cancel their account at any time; upon account cancellation, any data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
VI. Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses incurred by users (such as data loss or loss of profits).
VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China;
- Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if such negotiations fail, disputes may be brought before a competent court in the jurisdiction where XingShi Technology is located.

- Any modifications to these Terms will be published on this page, and material changes will be separately notified;
- Your continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms.
